SCHOOL
We are one of the oldest schools in Catalonia and true promoters of this sport in lower categories. We are one of the most successful and we currently have (apart from the team played by the children's interclubs), two teams in the absolute competition, made up mostly of young people and children who belong to the club or who have been for many years, one of the second division and another in third absolute.
Imbue our children with the fundamental values of pitch & putt: education, fair play, courtesy, etiquette, behavior, useful in their private life and all within a family environment. Train them in the technical principles of our sport with the aim of guaranteeing them sufficient skill in all the situations in which they will find themselves on the playing fields. Have fun and make their learning enjoyable and enriching. Create a good environment among all of them, having a feeling of TEAM with common objectives that EVERYONE helps to achieve. The activity planning includes the Initiation, Improvement and Competition levels.
Initiation
Groups: 7/8 children. Hours Saturday or Sunday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The teachers will assign each child to the group most appropriate to their characteristics, taking into account the time availability of their parents.
Goals:
Get children to work in groups and enjoy learning.
Swing:
Placement: Body placement posture and aiming at the target. Grip: way to hold the club correctly
Putt:
Placement: body placement posture and learning to
read the falls of the green.
Grip: way to catch the putt correctly.
Tasks to do:
individual and team games – video analysis – championships
of putting and approach basic rules.
Field trips:
Play various holes with the teachers to see how each student applies the knowledge acquired and see the rules on the field.
Competition
Groups: 6/7 children per class. Material: putt, S, P, 9, 75 irons and woods. Saturday or Sunday hours from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The teachers will assign each child to the group most appropriate to their characteristics, taking into account the time availability of their parents.
Goals:
Initiation to the competition.
Swing:
Bakswing (rise): way of placing the club until the middle and end of the rise Finish: finishing the swing in a balanced way and looking at the target.
Putt:
bakswing: range of motion for
the different distances.
Approach and bunker:
Placement: correct body posture. Grip: way to hold the club properly
Golf rules:
introduction to the basic rules of pitch & putt, golf and etiquette.
Field trips:

Conditions
Duration from September to July.
Students can enjoy the countryside without limitation throughout the year. The
Parents have free access to the driving range while they are in class.

our juniors.
The majority of students begin to compete very quickly, in both
modalities that the FCPP has planned, initiation (9 holes) and competition (18 holes).
